We recommend bringing comfortable clothing that allows for movement, a water bottle and yoga mat. Most importantly, bring your enthusiasm for puppies!

Absolutely! The well-being of our puppies is our absolute top priority. Our sessions are carefully designed to be short, gentle, and fun for them. We limit the duration of interactions, provide ample breaks, and ensure a calm and safe environment. The puppies are never forced to interact and are free to nap or play as they wish.

Our puppies are typically between 8 and 14 weeks old. This is a crucial socialization period, and positive interactions in a controlled environment can be very beneficial for their development. They are also old enough to be away from their mother for short periods and have had their initial vaccinations.

Puppy interaction time is limited to approximately 20-30 minutes within the 60 minute session. The rest of the time is dedicated to gentle yoga practice.

Yes, absolutely. The puppies come from a local family home or a rescue organization. They receive regular veterinary wellness check-ups and vaccinations.

Absolutely. We have a few simple but important rules to ensure the puppies' safety and comfort. These include no chasing, no picking up puppies who are sleeping or seem unwilling, and gentle petting only. We ask that all participants sit on the floor when holding and interacting with the puppies. These guidelines will be clearly explained at the beginning and throughout the duration of each class. The puppies’ owner will also be hands-on during each class, lending a helping hand and guidance on how to properly interact with the pups.

We maintain a very clean environment. The facilities are sanitized, and any accidents are immediately and thoroughly cleaned using pet-safe products. Hand sanitizer is readily available for all participants as well.
